– Skip size – Wait and loads can be done in different size skips. Please ensure that you choose the right size skip for the waste you are disposing of. For example bricks, hardcore and soil cannot be put in a skip larger than an 8 yard. – Ensure there is space – even though it is a wait and load you will still need to ensure that there is space for the skip to be placed and the lorry to park whilst the driver is waiting, the driver cannot go away and come back to collect, they must stay there the whole time. Generally speaking, you would need 3 car lengths of space to allow for the skip to placed down in the loading area.
